Didn't expect to see a sequel to this, but I lowkey wanted one, and this one is even better than the first! Loved everything about it, I knew all the references

HOwLiNG-MAdFoxHatter responds:

Tanks!~

Was the hope to make a toon better then the original~

Frickin' sweet collab, anyone know the music that was used in Funy-Mony's part? (PM me if you know it)

funymony responds:

Comsten by Goto80 (Album: Contech)

I really liked this, itemlabel is not something I would expect to see on Newgrounds, but in my book, it's surely welcome, the animation is nice and goofy, reminds me of Homestar Runner for some reason, very well done!

NikoAnesti responds:

Thank you! Yeah I haven't seen much itemLabel stuff here so as I was posting this, I was surprised there was a tag for it already (though, now that I think of it, I know Andyl4nd has posted a couple videos done for them on here!). Glad you enjoyed!

Pretty decent, reminded me of a flash cartoon from the 2000's

jackbliss responds:

Nice! Thanks for the review. 2000's era was the best :)

I have 2 dogs, maybe if I put them in Garfield costumes...

AlexisE2D responds:

i don't think that would work, but feel free to give it a try :3

Pretty chill, the art style reminded me of Adult Swim bumpers which I love, audio could've been better though, but judging from the art style I wouldn't be surprised if that was an aesthetic choice

Foxcato responds:

Thank you very much. And Adult Swim? I'll take that as a major compliment :-)

Regarding the sound and aesthetic: I do like there to be a certain crunchyness to my cartoons. I like that you can tell they're made by a regular dude in his livingroom. No big studio here. It's mostly just me. And sometimes my friends give me a hand with voice acting.

Holy shit that was fuckin' awesome, I loved the music, I've only looked at a few submissions for this event, but so far this deserves 1st place!

horrorhare responds:

thank you omg!!! thats very very kind of you to say :')

Incredibly underrated film here, it's strangely relaxing in a way, reminds me of an old, weird children's show, stop motion is already commendable enough, but doing it outside is even greater! And smarter because you don't need to make a set piece, great work!

AncientEgo responds:

Thanks Anthony, and yes you're exactly right we say it all the time. When we first started stopmotion we tried making a set and felt like it was just a waste of time when the world around us is so beautiful already.

The characters were nice and stylized, nothing too generic but nothing too crazy, I really liked the backgrounds, along with the humor, felt like a breath of fresh air from the usual surrealist/ realism
I've been seeing recently in cartoons

Cumbertoons responds:

Thank you so much, that really means a lot!

Absolute masterpiece, the animation, the action, the sound design, felt pretty sad for the girl near the end, good to know that Pepe lived and they continued to love each other

ToadBurgerTV responds:

In the original script, they actually sail off into the sunset but we ran out of film.
